THE DEPOSITION:
Let this be known to the One and the All that, Khalid Mahmood: the Defendant, was falsely accused and stands acquitted and absolved against the Charge and its liabilities thereof, since 2019, by the honorable Superior Court of Ontario at Toronto, ON through the motion of the case with drawl under Section 8(2) and the Common Law, initiated by the Plaintiff against the Defendant.
Furthermore, the charge, under Section: 271 forming Part V of as amended up to date Criminal Code of Canada 1892 against the Defendant, initiated and rendered by the Plaintiff do hereby stands redacted and removed for all practical purposes thereof
THE WARNING:
Let this be known to the One and the All that, Khalid Mahmood is a respected resident and an honorable law-abiding citizen of the Union of Canada and all the miscreants and otherwise are categorically warned and vehemently cautioned to refrain from indulging in any type of mischief pertaining to maligning the good name and reputation of Khalid Mahmood with false accusations and demeaning slander through social media publications. Initiation of slander can lead to the perpetrator being criminally charged under
Section 298 (1) of the Criminal Code of Canada 1892 as amended up to date
