The Talent signing this statement hereby appoints Chaarmz Talent, hereinafter referred to as 'Talent' and 'Chaarmz Talent' respectively, to exclusively represent them in the associated casting systems regarding acting contracts, photoshoots, shows, campaigns, websites, social media, and any other business matters related to their talent career.

 

By allowing Chaarmz Talent limited power of attorney, Chaarmz Talent will conduct agreements on behalf of the Talent through the associated casting systems and represent Talent on any contracts and legal documents.

 

Chaarmz Talent has been granted the right to use the Talent’s name including, but not limited to, any images in print, media, or online, as well as approved portraits and pictures in connection with the advertising and/or publicity of the Talent. Talent is hereby granted permission to seek counsel from Chaarmz Talent in any matter related to their professional talent career.

 

Additionally, Talent recognizes that Chaarmz Talent requires full disclosure in order to provide the maximum positive impact on Talent’s career. Therefore, Talent agrees to seek counsel with Chaarmz Talent regarding any matters related to Talent’s career, including any professional projects.

 

There is no cost to join Chaarmz Talent. However, Talent agrees to pay the associated casting system fees directly to the casting system administrators. When Talent is booked for a job with a client through Chaarmz Talent, Talent also agrees to pay Chaarmz Talent a set percentage of agreed % of all monies, fees, or contributions received for the duration of this contract (average of 15 to 20% as per industry standard). Chaarmz Talent shall collect all monies and payments for jobs conducted under this term agreement and will retain the agreed payment percentage from said funds.

 

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR CLAUSE:

Talent shall, for the sake of taxes, state fees, and regulations, be considered an independent contractor and will be responsible for all payments of such fees with due taxes. This Talent Contract shall commence on contract start date and end on contract end date. Both parties may, through a written extension signed by both parties, agree to extend this talent contract past contract end date at their discretion, with an annual renewal fee posted by and paid to the associated casting system administrators.

 

The Talent will at all times conduct themselves with dignity and will do nothing considered

morally deficient or unlawful during the term of this contract. Talent further agrees to abide by all rules and regulations put into place by Chaarmz Talent and understands that Chaarmz Talent may, upon 30 days notice to Talent, terminate this agreement for breach of this paragraph.

 

COVENANT:

This Talent contract is in its entirety the complete agreement between parties. The exclusivity of this agreement is regarding the associated casting systems and both parties involved. Chaarmz Talent will only deduct agency commission fees from jobs that are booked through Chaarmz Talent – any pending contracts or work with Talent’s personal clients will not be impacted. Furthermore, the Talent warrants that no other binding agreement is in force with any other party which would supersede this agreement.
